How it works
Two calls and a build. Live in 7 to 10 days.
A 15-minute call to see if it fits. One short setup form. Seven to ten business days while we build. A 20-minute setup call the day it goes live. About an hour of your time, spread over two weeks.
The timeline
Call, form, build, approve, live.
It is a sales call and we say so. What you do, how far you drive, what a normal job is worth, what happens now when you cannot pick up. If it does not fit, we say that too.
Day 1Business name as it appears on Google, services, towns, hours, photos of your work or AI images, and the tax details the carriers need to register your number. About ten minutes.
Day 1 to 2Seven to ten business days. You get a link partway through, tell us what is wrong, and a person checks it before it goes live. Nothing goes live until you say so.
Days 3 to 12Twenty minutes. The site goes live on the call, we show you where a lead lands in the app, and hand you the login. The text-back turns on when the carriers approve your number.
About two weeksThe first call
The first call is a sales call.
We are not going to put a softer name on it. We are trying to sell you something, and you should get on the phone knowing that. It is not a free audit and it is not a strategy session. It is fifteen minutes with the people who want your $297 a month.
What we ask
- What you actually do, in your words.
- How far you will drive for a job.
- What a normal job is worth to you.
- What happens right now when you cannot pick up.
- Where your work comes from today.
What we do not do on it
- No slides, no countdown, no price that changes if you decide tomorrow instead of today. $297 is $297 either way.
- Nobody puts you on a list. Nobody calls you back six times. If you say no, that is the end of it.
- We do not sell it to someone it will not help. If the leak is small, we will tell you to keep your money.
The setup form
Ten minutes, most of it already on your phone.
- Your business name exactly as it appears on your Google listing. They have to match.
- The services you do and the towns you work.
- Photos of your work, or tell us to use AI images until you have some.
- Your legal entity name, tax number and registered address. The carriers require them to register your number for texting. They never appear on the site.
You do not write copy. You do not pick fonts or colors. You do not need to know what a domain registrar is. We write it, we build it, you tell us where we got your business wrong, and we fix it.
What turns on when
Launch day, then the carriers.
On the setup call the site goes live, the review requests start, and the quote form starts landing in your app. The missed-call text-back needs your number registered with the carriers first. We file for it the day your form arrives, because that clock is the slow one, and it turns on the day the carriers approve it. We tell you where it stands the whole way.
What this does
- Gives you a real website on a domain that belongs to you, not a page you rent from somebody who can change the rules.
- Catches the call you could not answer and texts back while the person is still holding their phone.
- Asks for the review after the job is done, without you having to remember.
- Puts the calls, the texts and the form fills in one place so nothing sits in an inbox and dies.
What this does not do
- It does not make a quiet phone start ringing. It answers the phone you already have.
- It is not advertising. We do not run ads until you have 20 reviews, and then it is a separate conversation.
- It will not put you at the top of a results page. We will not promise that and you should be careful with anyone who will.
- It does not work by itself. When somebody texts back, you still have to answer them.
