Cancelling

Leaving is one email.

Email us, we confirm within one business day, and billing stops at the end of the month you are in. No form, no video, no retention call, no notice period.

The three steps

2

We confirm.

Within one business day, in writing, with the date your billing ends.

3

Done.

Billing stops at the end of the month you are in. You are not charged again.

What you keep

Yours, before and after.

  • The domain. It was registered in your name or moved from your registrar on day one. It never belonged to us.
  • Your Google reviews. They were always on your Google profile, not ours.
  • Your customer list and every conversation in the app, exported on request.

What ports

The phone number. It is ours while you are with us so the text-back works, and when you leave it ports to you at cost. We start the port the day you ask.

The site

The website is yours for the $1,000 build fee, and we cover that fee if you stay a year. Leave before that and it is due, and the site is yours, files handed over. After a year, it is yours with nothing owed.

What stays with us

The automations behind the text-back and the review requests. They run on our system, and they are the part we keep.

Why this page exists

The fastest way to earn a year is to make leaving easy.

The most common complaint about companies that sell what we sell is being billed after cancelling: a form that has to be found, a video that has to be watched, a call that has to be taken, thirty days of notice that gets missed. We would rather write the exit down here, before you pay anything, than have you find it out in month two. The full price is on the pricing page.
