How we text, and how to stop.
The formal terms are being finalized with counsel and will replace this page. Until then, this is how it works in plain words.
The short version.
- We only text people who asked us to: you booked a call, you texted us first, or you became a client and agreed to setup and account messages.
- Reply STOP to any message and we stop. Reply HELP and a person answers.
- Message frequency depends on what you asked for. Message and data rates from your carrier may apply.
- Our number is registered with the carriers, the same registration your own number gets as a client.
- We never sell or share phone numbers, and consent is never a condition of buying anything.
